Our employees have different levels — how do you handle that?Before the start we run an expert CEFR audit and form groups by level. If someone's level differs significantly, we'll suggest a separate group or a one-to-one format

The team is in different countries and time zones — is that a problem?No. All lessons are online, so the team can study from any country and time zone — convenient for distributed and relocated teams

What happens when new people join the team or someone leaves?Group composition can be adjusted during the training: newcomers take a level assessment and join the right group

What if the teacher or the program doesn't fit?We'll replace the teacher or adjust the program. We track feedback from the very first lessons, so such issues are resolved quickly
