Where is your school located?Our office is in central Kharkiv, 6 Rymarska Street. Daily timetable: weekdays 9:00–21:00, weekends 10:30–15:00. Online classes run worldwide regardless of location.

What English levels do you teach?All CEFR levels from A1 (Beginner) to C2 (Proficient). We assess your current level through a short test, then place you in a matching group or build an individual program.
What does an English class cost?Group classes start at 603 UAH per lesson; with a 6-month package the rate drops to 490 UAH (20% benefit). Individual classes start at 680 UAH. Ukrainian-for-foreigners pricing is provided individually — please ask.
How do payments work for foreigners?Ukrainian cards — via the payment page on our site to the sole-proprietor account. Foreign cards or bank transfers — to the sole-proprietor account via payment services, arranged through Telegram or WhatsApp +38 050 23 77 000.
Can you teach survival Ukrainian for newcomers?Yes. For newcomers we can build a short, practical program focused on everyday situations — shops, transport, neighbours, basic conversations — before moving into wider grammar and vocabulary.
Which platform do you use for online classes?Zoom, Google Meet and modern online platforms for language learning. Shared workspace for materials, homework and notes between teacher and student. No additional software required.
What is the class format?Group classes — up to 8 students, twice a week, 90 minutes per class.
Individual classes — one-on-one with a teacher, 60 minutes per class.
Corporate training — custom programs for companies and teams.
How long does it take to learn English?Depends on your starting level and goals. From zero to confident conversational level (B1–B2) — about 1.5–2 years of regular classes (twice a week). Each CEFR level takes roughly 6–9 months.
Do you prepare for IELTS and TOEFL?Yes. IELTS Academic / General and TOEFL iBT. All four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking. Individual one-on-one lessons — for exam preparation this format is more effective. We recommend starting at level Intermediate (B1) or higher.

What if I miss a class?Classes don't expire. If you plan to miss — let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll adjust your schedule. Packages can be used without time limits.
